ZoeJane is a vibrant, smart, and beautiful 13 year old girl with just the perfect mixture of sweetness, silliness, and sass! She loves traveling, cooking, shopping, Harry Styles, 1 Direction, and trying everything at least once. She loves to laugh and loves life. She was diagnosed with DIPG on 12/29/2017. She had a biopsy confirming she has the H3k27M mutation. She was stable for about 5 years on the ONC201 trial. Her tumor started to progress in the summer of 2022. She has since completed a 2nd and 3rd course of radiation.
She is currently using Ribociclib and Everoliumus to try and find stability again. She is a Warrior! She wants a cure!
