In 2025, we changed the location to Kansas City, hosting over 100 members of our community, representing 22 states!
Each year we engage in more collaboration, adding new events, programs, workshops, and exercises to continue our mission of gathering our community for research updates, advocacy opportunities, healing programs, fundraising techniques and sharing transformative ideas to shape future of medicine and the patient family experience
2024 Summit
In 2024, we hosted over 250 members of our community, representing 36 states!
2023 Summit
The 2023 BrainStorm Summit was held at the JW Marriot in Washington, DC.
2022 Summit
September 23–24, 2022 (part of CureFest events from Sept 21–25) in Washington, DC.
The summit highlighted promising trials, new advances, and quality-of-life care for pediatric brain tumor patients.
The event featured discussions on evidence-based integrative therapies, medicinal cannabis for quality of life, and metabolic terrain in pediatric oncology.
Included doctors, researchers, patient families, and advocates.
