As the Founder & President of Vash ImmOnc; a global, virtual consulting firm, Dr. Forozan provides a spectrum of expertise & experiences on conducting complex evaluations & diligence for M&A and IPOs, drug discovery/drug development, development of complex R&D/preclinical as well as clinical programs, development of medical devices, development & implementation of global regulatory strategies & roadmaps, specializing in oncology, & immuno-Oncology, neurology, autoimmune disorders, and microbiome, to clients worldwide (including China and Australia).

Farahnaz earned her Ph.D. through a joint program between the George Washington University & National Institutes of Health, National Human Genome Research Institute and obtained her clinical licensure in Los Angles after completing her postdoc at UCLA, while serving as Faculty at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
