Aubrey Reichard-Eline is a high-energy, goal-oriented leader known for her ability to connect with people through her enthusiasm and “can do” attitude. After spending over two decades in the fashion industry, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector and advocacy following her daughter’s diagnosis with a rare brain tumor in 2018. Aubrey helped craft childhood cancer-specific legislation across several states and played a key role in securing $44 million, and counting, in new state-level funding for pediatric cancer research.

Currently, Aubrey serves in a development role at Rutgers Cancer Institute. She is the Chair of the Patient Family Advisory Committee (PFAC) at Rutgers Cancer Institute, as well as a member of the PFAC at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, the Rutgers Cancer Institute Scientific Review Board (SRB) for clinical trials, and the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI) Cohort Working Group. Aubrey also chairs the New Jersey Commission on Cancer Research (NJCCR) Pediatric Cancer Research Advisory Group and is a Board Member for CAC2, the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer. Additionally, she co-founded the WITH Grace Initiative, with her daughter Grace, to support children and families battling childhood cancer.
